About PAAM

The basics are already set, including name, phone number, address, and date of birth (to support positions with a minimum age requirement). Beyond that you can build your application form exactly as needed, including custom questions, with dropdown or radio button (Yes/No) answers, file uploads, and mandatory fields. The form builder also includes pre-defined questions that you can drag and drop to reorder your application form as required.

About PAAM

Some organisations require a deposit when recruiting teams for events. PAAM enables you to create events that require a deposit and also allows you to add deposit discounts. Once you have setup your payment integration, deposits can be taken via Stripe. PAAM will notify you when a deposit has been paid and an application is ready to be reviewed.

About PAAM
Yes! In fact, it's one of the main reasons PAAM was created: to help organisations recruit and manage teams both on-site and off-site. Once your teams have been recruited, you can place people into teams, assign shifts, and provide pre-event information and training. On-site, you can check people in, assign wristband numbers or equipment, and record shift attendance to confirm who worked and when.
