We've developed a new Private and Public Staff and Volunteer Event Notes feature for a PAAM Offsite Cloud Software App.
The new Private and Public Staff and Volunteer Event Notes feature we've developed allows for event supervisory and managerial staff to add notes to staff and volunteer profiles. Each note can be set as either private or public, private notes being for supervisory and managerial reference, public notes viewable to the staff member or volunteer.
The public notes system can be very useful for passing important event information to staff members or volunteers without having to rely on email or text messages. The staff member or volunteer having a single point of reference for information and reminders for an event.
